Meet our operations manager, Tammy Crowe!

With a background that spans auditing, nonprofit leadership, social services, and construction, Tammy brings a unique perspective to every project.

She began her career as an auditor at the Y-12 National Security Complex, where she learned the importance of precision, accountability, and smart budgeting. With a degree in Social Work and Criminal Justice, Tammy went on to serve as a Court Director and Executive Director for multiple nonprofit organizations

Her path eventually led her into construction, where she found a true passion for the industry.

After gaining hands-on experience in new construction and concrete work, Tammy joined Tri-Star Contracting because its values matched her own: integrity, quality workmanship, and customer service you can count on. Today, Tammy helps ensure every job runs smoothly and every customer is treated with honesty and respect—because at Tri-Star, where quality meets customer service is a promise, not just a phrase.

Raised in Clinton, TN, Tammy now lives in Karns with her husband, Mike. She’s a proud mom to her grown daughter Olivia and a bonus daughter Candace, and she loves serving the East Tennessee community she calls home.
